This area of Racing2Learn will explain about the Regional Staff Development Programme (RSDP) which provides local and regional training opportunities for stable and stud staff. Removing barriers such as cost, time away from work and travel, the RSDP brings training to the workplace. 

The vision is to create an experienced, motivated workforce that has access to opportunities to consistently develop themselves within their roles and provide career progression.
