‘Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association Courses and Seminars’
Course Overview
The Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association strives to safeguard the health and welfare of the Thoroughbred for the overall improvement of the breed. As a charity this includes delivering training and education opportunities to educate participants on best practice within the breeding industry.
Annually the TBA run various courses including:
TBA Stud Farming Course
The flagship ‘Stud Farming Course’ gives breeders and stud staff the opportunity to learn the latest in stud management from leading experts in the industry. Aimed at those who wish to build upon their own practical experience and knowledge of stud work, the course is a great way to either refresh your knowledge or learn new practice.
Annual Seminar
The Seminar is the TBA’s annual educational event designed to update breeders on the latest developments in the industry. The event, which usually takes place in July each year, consists of lectures, talks and panel discussions from industry experts and is free for TBA members to attend.
