Together the horseracing industry aims to provide a respectful, supportive, inclusive and safe working environment where everyone is empowered to achieve their full potential. This course is an opportunity to learn more about the behaviours that are and are not acceptable in a safe and inclusive sport and covers safeguarding, human welfare, sexual harassment and diversity and inclusion.

A knowledge-based online learning programme and a multiple choice question assessment at the end for you to complete. The programme aims to increase your awareness about safeguarding and child protection, to recognise the signs of abuse and poor practice, and subsequently deal sensitively and effectively with any issues that arise.
